This dataset presents fish occurrences from two small lakes (Bisina and Opeta) and two rivers (Manafwa and Namatala) in the Lake Kyoga system, Eastern Uganda.

This dataset was collected as part of routine monitoring of ichthyofaunal diversity within the Lake Kyoga basin
